Eli Cosplay

Eli is a Costa Rican cosplayer with 10 years of experience. Representing Costa Rica at WCS Japan 2019, Eli moved to Toronto a year and a half ago. Eli has participated in and judged multiple cosplay competitions, representing his home country in Saudi Arabia in 2022. Eli is best known for his Ciel cosplay, and his specialty is Victorian costumes — everything related to lace drives him crazy!
