Mel Gosselin — French Guest

Born in Rimouski, Mel Gosselin graduated from Université Laval with a bachelors in teaching French as a second language and has a degree in fiction screenwriting from the Institut National de l’Image et du Son. Since her childhood, this mother of two has been a passionate fan of cinema, video games and Japanese animation. She published her first novel in 2011, a historical fiction novel titled “Cétacia” which got praised by reviewers for its poignant scenes. In 2013 she was approached by Bryan Perro (of “Amos Daragon” fame) to write a science-fiction trilogy titled “Jacky Salaberry”. Her light novel “Rôdeur Mortel” is also inspired by the rhythm and art style of manga!
