Bag Stuffing (Inserts)
Otakuthon invites Dealers, Partners, and Exhibitors to submit promotional items to be included in the convention's program bags to be distributed to all attendees, subject to approval by the Otakuthon organizing committee.
There is a $1000 CA service charge for each item to be included in the program bags (please include minimum 35,000 pieces to ensure each attendee receives one). Please contact ads@otakuthon.com before sending any items. Items and payment must be received via mail before a date that’ll be communicated soon.
Otakuthon reserves the right to refuse any items that are deemed unacceptable. If in doubt, please contact ads@otakuthon.com to determine the suitability of the items in advance.
