With more than twelve years of singing J-Pop and anime songs behind her, Irulanne is well known around the internet for her distinctive and strong voice, which she has also used in a long career of anime fandubbing. Irulanne is one of Otakuthon's most respected veterans: in 2006 and 2007, she was the leader and main singer of "Irulanne and Friends", a group of amateur singers that performed full-length J-Pop concerts. Irulanne also created and hosted "Otakuthon Idol" in 2007, which has since become one of the most anticipated events of the convention. Irulanne returned to Otakuthon in 2008 to assist in the Otakuthon Idol auditions and to perform as a special guest. For 2009, Irulanne took a break from the convention scene to move to Alberta, get married and have a child. Her daughter Kara was born in November of last year, and may become the youngest Otakuthon's attendee in 2010...   

Irulanne is proud to return to Otakuthon once again for their 5^th anniversary. Don't miss her special appearance at the Opening Ceremony, and the reunion of "The Friends" for a very last performance. Irulanne shall also participate at the Otakuthon Idol event as a competition judge. You can also catch Irulanne at one of The 404s Improv Comedy shows during the weekend, where she acts as staff for her witty friends and husband.

"The 404s" are returning to Otakuthon, bringing with them their own version of improvised comedy with an anime twist! This travelling comedy troupe has performed their hilarious, interactive, unrehearsed comedy show across Canada and the United States, creating sketches and scenes based on audience suggestions and direct participation. The 404s are very excited to bring their unique comedy stylings to Montreal - and remember, audience participation is mandatory!

United Forces is a Scandinavian and Canadian mash up super group.

They work all around the world and have a wide range of musical experience that's making it possible for them to cover any kind of musical genre.

Their experience goes from working with artists and musicians like: Smile.dk, Pandora, The Animals, Lasse Wellander (ABBA), Daz Sampson (Bus Stop, Uniting Nations), Mauro Farina (King Kong & D. Jungle Girls, Coo Coo), Naoki Maeda (of DDR fame) etc.

They have also worked with a lot of labels, both Independent and Majors like: Sony BMG, EMI, Universal, Ninthwave Records, GlenDisc, Warner Music etc.

United Forces takes the music up to a higher level with their consistent hit sounding tracks, and they will soon be conquering the world with their special love for music.

As for an added bonus, for the first time ever in Quebec, J-Mi brings to the crowd, anime voice actor Vic Mignogna in concert! Along with remixes produced by United Forces!

Wushu consists of highly intense and precise routines both with and without the use of weaponry. Wushu also emcompasses traditional elements more commonly known as Kung Fu, combining them with acrobatic manoeuvres.

The Feng Huang Wushu Club is a leading Chinese martial arts club in the Montreal area. Students are notable for their success in national or international competitions, but also for their involvement in the Montreal community.
