Badge Pickup Policy
Registration Hours
Friday, July 31, 2009 : 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturday, August 1, 2009 : 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday, August 2, 2009 : 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Otakuthon memberships purchased during pre-registration may be picked up at in the registration area during registration hours. The registration area will be located on the 200-level of Palais des Congres in Viger Hall, facing Complexe Guy-Favreau.
Pre-Registered Badge Pickup
In order to pick up your badge, you must bring:
- Your registration receipt.
- A piece of identification.
Please note that your registration must contain your REAL NAME, as we will be confirming your name against your piece of identification before giving you your badge. If your name doesn't match, please contact registration@otakuthon.com immediately to correct it to avoid problems on the day of the convention.
Otakuthon will NOT distribute badges to pre-registered members who do not have a piece of identification that matches their pre-registration information.
Each member must pick up their own badge in person. Badges will not be distributed to anyone other than the registered individual.
